Maximiles Credit Card
IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ
The partnership between Maximiles and Creation Financial Services Limited will end on 31 May 2021.
If you are a holder of the Maximiles Credit Card your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to use your card for purchases or to earn Maximiles points from the above date. Points earned for any transactions until 31st May 2021, will be awarded in the usual way and can take up to 30 days to be applied. Should you have any queries in relation to your points, please contact Maximiles customer services as normal and we will be happy to assist you. Any queries in relation to your credit card, please contact Creation customer services directly.
Statements will continue to be received until your balance is zero and you will need to repay any outstanding balance by paying at least the minimum payment each month. Making only the minimum payment each month will mean it will take longer and cost you more to pay off. If you have a financial arrangement in place with creation, this will continue as normal.

What is changing?
The relationship between Creation and Maximiles Is coming to an end. As such from the 31st May the Maximiles Credit Card will stop working and you will not be able to earn any new points using it.
What happens to my card balance?
If you have a balance on your account this must be paid in the usual way.
What happens to my payments?
If you still have a balance on your account, you must continue to make payments until that balance is cleared at which point your account will be closed
What happens to my points balance?
This won’t effect your points balance in any way, any points that have been earned will still be able to be redeem in our rewards catalogue
What happens to my pending points?
Any transactions that have been made prior to the 31st May will be awarded in the usual way. All points will be issued by the 30th June 2021.
Will I still be able to collect points moving forward on my card?
No. From the 31st May 2021 you will not be able to collect points using your card.
Will I get a new card or will I continue with their current Maximiles card?
You will continue to use your existing Maximiles card until the 31st May 2021
Will they still get bills with a maximiles logo?
Until your balance is closed you will continue to receive your statements which will be branded Maximiles. When your balance is clear and your account closed, your statements will stop
