We all love our pets, but being a fantastic feline or a man's best friend isn't the easiest of tasks, so why not show your appreciation and love for everyone's favourite family member with this perfect Pet Portrait. Whichever pet you choose to take, you will be able to capture an image of them to keep forever.

What happens on the day?
After arriving at the studio at your allotted time, you will have a portrait session for your chosen pet, with a professional photographer. A viewing appointment will take place after the portrait session where you can choose your complimentary 10”x8" portrait, and order any additional photos that you might like.

Where does the experience take place?

There are over 100 studios nationwide.
A journey time of up to 45 minutes to the nearest studio may be necessary in some areas of the UK.

When does the activity take place?
Most studios are open on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. All studios work by appointment only.

We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.

How long should I allow for the experience?
You should expect to spend approximately one hour at the venue, your portrait session should last for approximately 30 minutes.

Are there any restrictions?
Your voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
You photoshoot must take place within three months of registering your voucher with your chosen studio.

What about insurance?
Personal Accident Insurance to the value of £50,000 together with cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. The centres contracted with us hold public indemnity liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to vehicles or equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

What else do I need to know?
Your expiry date is printed on your voucher, please check the date as it is essential that you book and take your experience before this date.
This experience includes one pet portrait session and one complimentary print (minimum size 10”x8”). A £5 P&P charge will be payable to cover Recorded Delivery of your print(s) at some locations. A fully refundable booking deposit of £20 must be paid at time of booking, this is refunded at viewing or if cancelled with at least 48 hours prior notice to the session. Only one voucher may be used per person within a 12 month period.
