Their customer service team will call you to ensure all details are correct and gather any additional information about the job so they can match it to the best qualified tradesmen.
Shop at We Do Trades and the tradesmen they contact (up to three if you wish) will get in touch with you on the same day to organise a visit to quote for the job. You can then decide from there who, if anyone, you want to do the job. They'll then email you with profiles of the tradesmen so you can make an informed choice.
Once the job is completed by the tradesmen, you can log onto their profile and rate their service. You'll also get a quick customer service call to make sure you're 100% satisfied with the job provided.
